Absolutely nothing, apart from clearing out the grate! A big lazy day stretches ahead.

Working all Day :o(
We have chips from the chippy on a saturday though, so thats something to look forward to (what an exciting life I Iead? (said with extreme sarcasm))

Hope you have a big umbrella or a Gazebo, its stopped raining here (Poole) but looks VERY grey!
Settee, DVD, chocs, Spritza, on my agenda after I've run the hoover over the carpet.

Oooh a day in front of the fire .... And chips ..... Now that sounds appealing !
Still chucking it down here in The Marches and quite blowy. Think a big umbrella would turn inside -out. Despite the elements, I am hoping that it's not cancelled as my son needs a good run around to burn off some energy ! Hope you feel better soon redhelen .
do crossword, prepare dinner(roast beef)sit back and watch telly
Ah, no need for me to feel guilty then. Absolutely nothing. lazing about. finishing a book I have been reading (Murdoch mysteries, but disappointingly nothing like the series) get the pills ready for the next week (you have to when you get old) and no doubt having planned that I shall get an influx of kids and everyone else who has decided it's time they visited me. I love it, what a lovely life.
oopsy, re the barbecue, the guests stay inside under cover while the host is outside cooking the food, and his wife holds a huge fishing umbrella over him, and the food. The kids run in and out of the house with the portions as and when required. Good arrangement I reckon. All you have to do is chat and eat.

Well this all sounds very civilised ( apart from MrI who has to work). Right now the sofa and woodburner sound way more appealing than a barbecue. Sadly Starbuck, the barbecue is outdoors so not quite as you potray !
Roast beef on a Saturday slinky Kate ??
oopsy, that was just my fantasy as to how it should be. In that case, it's really thick outdoor wear and your own umbrellas. Oh - and - best of luck.
ill be getting on a night boat to the island of Koh Phi Phi, i do hope i dont get sea sick! then its a coach ride then another boat...fun times
There's a ceiling needs a couple of coats of white emulsion. I just need to find the energy to shift furniture and get stuck in.
Lumination, I suppose its warm where you are? Wouldn't you rather be back here in the UK freezing with the rest of us?

Ha thanks starbuck ! Koh phi phi sounds more interesting than Cheltenham !!
well i like the sun, but i cant lay on a beach for hours on end, so in the shade on the beach will suit me just fine for now lol, im alright without the cold i think. however i do remember complaining last night as it was quite cold, i looked at the temp and it said it was 25c... i was so ashamed
It was absolutely caning it down here. It went on for ages and the wind was howling as well. The sun is trying to come out so I think I might pop out later. Haven't got much else planned apart from taking a trip to my loft with some boxes.
Phi Phi is lovely. Make sure you go up to the view. It's a bit of a trek...but well worth it..
going round parents later. Redcrx coming over as our nan died yesterday, so all getting together for lunch.
4get - so sorry to hear about your nan xx
