That's good news, kat. Good to know the kitties are warm and well - mine have slept most of today!
I take it you work for cat rescue. I would love your job. I would spend hours playing with them.

Thanks boxtops, they don't know how lucky they are tell them.
I'd struggle doing that kind of job kat. I'm far too soft, and i'd be (probably) crying all day long over 'em, and try to bring them home with me!

Kudos to you for doing it :-)
one does, kat - my Rover was a sad boy who came to my door about seven years ago as a stray - thin and covered in ticks, and he lived in my shed for three months before he would come in. He would sit in the garden looking longingly in at the other two - all were tabbies in those days. We think he came off a ship - he was afraid of boots and black bags and yellow jackets. You wouldn't recognise him now, he's a great lad. We are so lucky that he chose us.
hey where are you? read my 2 threads lower down, i've still not had any reply from any of the rescue places!
Question Author
Yes i do micmak. I get a lot of satisfaction out of it especially when we rehome them. I do stroke them all as i go round cleaning their pens out & i am kept busy all day.
Question Author
It was very upsetting for me at first boo but i know when i leave at the end of the day that they are all warm, fed & safe.
Awww kat, that's lovely.

B00 I'd be the same!

I used to visit the local cat rescue sanctuary from time to time (normally after they had helped me find one of my errant wandering fur babies) to drop them in some food. They knew me and used to show me round, but I had to stop going to look round because I was too tempted to rehome some of the sadder cases!!!!
No don't get me wrong kat, you and others like you do a fantastic job.

I remember, before we got our present dog, tropping round Bleekholt, an animal satuary local to us, and there were little notices on all the cages, telling you names ages and how they got there in the first place- i cried all the way round, i was a bloody wreak by the time we left!
grrr, what's wrong with me tonight?

Bleakholt!

Question Author
Just read your thread dotty it's just like our website. I like T.bag.
Oh I was born over the moor from there over at Erringden, I've been to Howarth railway station in about 1971 and the prop tree that slid down onto the track was dumped further alon from the platform, it was very very plastic lol
Have you any calico females in, not kittens,
have you your website link? you can post it on ab ,
Question Author
Not at the moment dotty but keep checking our website, Haworthcatresue. A 'true' Yorkshireman/woman would be shot for spelling Haworth with an o!!!
pure typo it's the surname of a member of staff at work with the o and so just habit.
