radiator not working

Hi all any plumbers about,put the heating on for a test run today, all bar one radiator are working fine,i have bled it ,it is full up with water but not getting hot at all, the radiator valve seems fully open so why no heat, yet the next radiator in next line is well hot, any ideas please!

Check the pin under the TRV (if you've got TRV's). The control valve that looks a bit like an upside down plastic cup. Unscrew the knurled collar at the base of the valve and lift off all the plastic bit. You will see a brass fitting with a 1mm dia pin sticking out about 4mm. Tap it VERY gently with something like a pin hammer and it should pop up a bit. Screw the plastic bit back on and hopefully you are sorted.
Just did a customers yesterday afternoon.
Press the pin in hard a few times. Should see it pop up as valve pops open.
Hold a peice of wood against the bottom of the rad and hit it with a hammer, that cleared my rad
