samsung netbook has been hit by a virus

cannot access internet or files,
cannot run anti virus or cleaner of any sort
any ideas how to sort it would be apprechiated

Have you tried starting it in safe mode and then running a virus and spyware check.
They should run when you start in safe mode

I think it is the f4 button that you keep taping on boot up to get a samsung to start in safe mode (but could be wrong)...........
