i have a pentax km and i want a new lens for close up photography. i already have an 18-55mm lens but are there any other lens' that can get closer?

yes, you can get a 50-135mm and a 60-250mm lens for the pentax dslr,

do these take macro shots??

You won't get 'true' macro shots - you need a purpose built macro lens for that, but you should get some pretty impressive results.
