hi all,
ive just posted this in health and fitness, but i was wondering if anyone in here might be able to answer my question please? -
when exercising at home on a small hydraulic stepper, where the counter reader doesnt work, how are the steps counted please?
is a step counted every time your left foot goes down and then counted again as a 2nd step when your right foot immediately goes down afterwards?
or is a step counted just every time say your right foot goes down?
thanks alot!
ooh, also, while im here, is it best to go down the full depth of step and back up again each time to get the full benefit of the exercise, or do you not need to go the full depth, ie do shallower steps?
