hello i would like to transmit sky hd from my sitting room to my bedroom via an av sender the one i have does the job with picture and sound perfectly but i would like to be able to change channel through it as well from upstairs ,any ideas anyone???

I assume your current AV sender doesn't support using remotes through it then, so you either need a separate sender/receiver for the remote.

p.s. I picked a 5.8GHz one because they are less prone to interference than the normal 2.4GHz ones

yeah it does support remote as it worked with a normal virgin box that i had before but wont work with this one??
