If the whole lot melted there would be almost no land left. Yes is the answer

The ice in the Arctic floats in the ocean, and if it melted it wouldn't affect the sea levels. The ice in the Antarctic, however, is on top of a large piece of land. There are 30 million cubic km of ice in the Antarctic - more than 90% of all the fresh water on Earth. If this melted, it would raise the sea level considerably - Big Ben would end up under water.
