Saw these advertised and thought what a great idea but then thought but surely they wouldnt fit in your toaster by the time you have added 2 slices of bread and fillings?

can anyone confirm my suspicions?

Thanks.

Load of rubbish you are correct they came out years ago, they were difficult to put in the toaster,i dont buy anything from jml after i purchased the unedr units down lights, one stuck solidly, another fell apart, the last one didnt work full stop!!!
A filled sandwich in one of those bags certainly wouldn't fit in my toaster.
No - I thought this myself only the other day - would only work in a wide slot toaster - plus I don't fancy washing out cheesy bags and using them again - may as well use a sandwich toaster - much easier to keep clean and hygienic.

glad its not just me then!
I bought some of these (not the JML variety though) and found that even though my home toaster was the large slot variety... they still didn't fit in... and the work toaster was a definite no no..... that might been able to toast 4 slices of bread at a time but those slices have to be normal thickness...... plus the wee ****** is still throwing the slices up into air with its supersonic boing bounce... haha... we have to catch the toast just at the right moment before it lands behind the toaster or up on top of the nearby paper dispenser !

Back to the breville lol..
Have to agree with all the above, what a con! They're a real squeeze to fit in a toaster, even with just cheese in them, and the top inch or so sticks out so that doesn't get toasted anyway! I'm just glad I only paid 1.99 for them in Aldi!
Surely all the filling will slide to the bottom anyway , unless you turn the toaster on it's side
has anyone ever had anything worth buying from JML
I actually use mine to cook bacon in.
I find them brilliant, the Lakeland ones aren't so good though.
