how do i fix a shoe that squeaks or sounds airy every step i take?

if they are trainers you can't, if they're leather take them to one of those key cutting shoe re-soling places and they'll sort them (why are they always shoe and key cutting shops?)

Its not your shoes that are squeaking,its your feet.You can only stop this by cutting off tour feet.
