Hi taliesin238 , you would need a programme to do that such as Adobe PDF writer, most of us have a PDF reader but you need the writer to create a file. Im not sure if these are free, think you have to buy.
Google PDF writer and see what you get on that.
Yup - use Adobe

You'll probably need the pro version, though, so instead have a look on C-Net or download.com....there might be some free to use PDF creators available.
If you need it done, you can mail the document to me and I'll PDF and mail it back to you if you want.
We use cute pdf converter in work. You can download it for free from http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/writer .asp

Make sure you download both the links on the left and it's very simple to use!
Cute pdf works really well.

Another potential alternative the "save as pdf /xps" add in for Office2007. It is a free download from microsoft.
