a large white, lily-like flower which opens in the morning and closes up at night; a seed pod, not in the flower itself appears on this bushy plant which contain seeds for other flowers. Can you tell me what this is and where I can buy one?

Hi Kathy, Not sure what you mean when you say that the seed pod contains seeds for other flowers, unless you mean more of the same flower. I'm thinking of Angle's trumpet- Datura inoxa. This one can grow into a small tree. http://biology.smsu.edu/Herbarium/Plants%20of%20the%20Interi or%20Highlands/Flowers/Datura%20inoxa.jpg Another flower that opens in the evening and has a lily like flower is four o'clocks - Mirabilis jalapa http://davesgarden.com/pdb/showimage/24603.html/ Sweet four o'clocks - Mirabilis longiflora. http://www.anniesannuals.com/signs/m/mirabilis_longiflora_at .jpg How am I doing?
