Could be a flat battery, no petrol, wire come loose.
I'd try the petrol first.
First you need to get in and turn the key
Starter motor may have gone, blocked fuel pipe/carburettor(have you let your tank level drop to almost zero lately?) alternator may have gone hence battery not charging, iffy spark plug. The possibilities are endless.
If the engine rotates, there is petrol and air in roughly the right mixture, and a spark at about the right time, the engine will run. Maybe not very well, but it will run. If it doesn't run, one or more of those factors is out of true.
There is an elephant lying in front of the car, a hippopotamus behind it, and a colony of millipedes clogging up the petrol tank and the engine. You haven't given any more details about the symptoms in your question, so I thought I'd go straight for the most likely possibility.
Oh come on bernado, an elephant lying in front of it! how can that be most likely possibility? A hippo yes, but an elephant!!!!
