Hi,
The yellow and white phono connections are usually video (yellow) and audio out. This cable is used to watch your stills / recordings on tv or transfer onto a standalone DVD recorder or VHS.

BTW is this it? Digilife DDV 720?

You can use this AV cable to connect to a pc but it will depend on if your video card has the right connectors. Most stills cameras connect to a pc using a USB cable. Video cameras usually connect via firewire (or iee1394 cable) due to the increased bandwidth of video streams.
