Hello! I recently purchased a number of tickets (originally from Ticketmaster) for a show from a seller via eBay. I have now received them, but I'm a little worried. They are e-tickets that have been printed off. They each have their own bar code and the seat numbers are all correct, but the thing I am worried about is what is stopping the seller printing off more and selling the same seats again or even using them himself? Is there anything I can do? Thank you in advance, curly~sue

what sort of feedback does the seller have? If they have sold hundreds of items and their feedback is above say 90/95% then you should be reasonably secure.

Also how did you pay?
i agree, check the feedback. I never buy with a rating of less than 99%.If the feedback is good i doubt very much you will have any problems.
good luck curly~sue

Thank you for all your responses wendilla, unrulyjulie, Not a Clue and knobbynonut. I have bought tickets from eBay before but they were the proper printed tickets, so it just worried me.

I did check his feedback before purchasing the tickets, it is 98.2%. He has one bad out of 329 and that was just because the item arrived late. He doesn't have a business as such and he sells a couple of items per month, it looks like.

I paid through PayPal on my credit card. It's a shame the listing didn't actually state that they were e-tickets. Now I don't know whether to say anything to the seller about me not being sure whether I'll be able to use them (they cost a lot of money) and the show isn't until the end of next year! Will I still be covered with any PayPal guarantee ?

Would you say anything to him (and perhaps even put the idea in his head) ? Thank you all once again.
