where to buy party packs

Im looking for party packs-you know, balloons, confetti, crap like that in order to surprise a friend who lives abroad, Im sending him a birthday card and would like to include a mini party inside. Where on earth do they sell these party packs? Supermarkets? Clinton Cards? Ive no idea!

What a good idea! Go to your local party shop - or there are loads of party shops online. They'll have everything you need.

Thanks legal girl :) I couldnt wait so I just popped out to my local newsagent and waitrose and found some bits for it ;)
