Mile High club - allowed?

Hi,

I hear people talk about 'the mile high club' and the recent scandal of Ralph Fiennes caught on a Quantas airplane with a stewardes....my question is, what happens if you get caught in the toilets with someone else? is that illegal or something? or is it just embarassing?
