Well if you gave us some idea of what you are doing and what is going wrong we may be able to help you, as it is it could be anything.

Can you display the planner ?

Are the programs you recorded listed ?

What hapens when you try to watch them ?

Just to re-iterate.

If I stuck a question on here saying "My car does not work, HELP" would you or anyone else be able to help me.

You would have no idea where to start, it may be out of petrol, it may have no engine.

Put yourself in our position and try to at least give us some clues of what you are doing and what does not work.
