Electricity/Gas Economy Tariff - when??

hi there
Does anyone know the economy (i.e. cheap) rates for electricity/gas? Is it generally 1am-4am? (I'm with npower). How about Sundays? Nowhere in the Internet can I find this information!

I too am with npower and I get Economy 7. It lasts for 7 hours from 00.30 until 07.30 GMT; every day of the week is the same.

Have a look at your electric meters.

Mine used to be 00.30 to 07.30 every day, but with accumulated power cuts over the years it now comes on at 09.35 until 16.30 hours.
