My bedside radio has fm/am/mw bands. However I have noticed that some stations are not where they should be, how does this happen?!

Examples, I find radio 1 to be just past the frquencey of radio 2, but can also get it where it should be at 97 - 99.

Also can pick up five live...on FM also near to 90 where radio 2 is, this is even more strange as radio 5 live is AM only!
