can anyone point me in the direction of a stirrup pump for extracting household oils from oil drums ?(ie does it have a specfic name)

for 45 gallon/210 litre drums you need a self priming lever oil pump �18 at machine mart if you need a pump for 5 gallon/20 litre drums a small syphon pump should do i have seen some good pumps on e-bay for as little �5
