On a random day of the year, in a random place in UK, at a random o'clock time, - is it more likely to be raining or not? and by what probability? That's all.

Thankyou Einstein. I suspect that it rains even less than that like maybe 1 day in 8 where it rains all day. And mostly it's a welcome gift. Basis of my question really is why do people seem to moan about the weather? UK weather is fine.
Because it is unpredictable. And that the rest of Europe seems to have better weather than us. Never mind that the Gulf Stream saves us from winters like Canada gets. The grass is always greener I suppose.
