How To Stop Glasses Fogging Up When Wearing A Mask?

Hi I wear glasses and I want to know how to stop them fogging up when wearing a mask please? I do not want to wear a visor.

Around thirty years ago when I wore glasses I used a small spray which consisted of silicone + other ingredients and it worked a treat!

How do you know what causes somebody severe distress? I have come across (what I consider to be) the most ridiculous reasons for getting upset and dissolving into a state of distress. But genuine distress it was and you cannot say what causes people distress and what does not. More than that nor can anybody else.

No of course he wouldn’t. Presumably when he embarked on his career he was told – if he didn’t already know – that he would be required to wear surgical grade face coverings when operating. He would also be told why: because he would be standing over his patients who would have open wounds and who would be extremely susceptible to infection in those circumstances. People going for a pint of milk in Tesco’s were not educated with that in mind and more importantly than that they have not been educated in the proper use of face coverings so as to minimise the risks to themselves by using them incorrectly. On top of that, last time I was in the dairy isle I didn't notice too many of my fellow customers with large open wounds and the chances of them being infected by my passing are near enough zero. Other than that the comparison is almost spot-on.
