Debt Relief Order Query?

Hi 2 years ago I had a debt relief order as my bipolar had caused money problems.Unfortunately the Citizens advice advisor forgot to include 250.00 pounds and it made life difficult.I was told correctly that it could not be added in later. My question is,Could I apply now for another Debt relief order, or are you only allowed one? Thanks.
