Hi 2 years ago I had money problems not helped by my bipolar.I was given a Debt relief order which really helped but unfortunately the citizens advice advisor forgot to include 250.00 pounds. I am struggling to pay it.is it possible to pay the 90.00 to get another debt relief order and if so,Can I apply again now? Thanks.

If you paid the £90 for this debt relief order and it was approved would the £250 be written off or just reduced/deferred?
You can't obtain a second DRO within 6 years of the first one being granted.

Okay. £90 seems a lot to pay if it doesn't write off the £250, but it seems from Buenchico's post that you need to wait 4 years. Step Change will advise
an you not pay £90 towards the actual debt? I don't know what I'm talking about here but why are you paying that amount of money to offset the £250?
