how does dom joly get his huge mobile phone around without attracting prior attention - especially in a library - where does he hide such a large object? is it in pieces and does he construct it under the table?- but even that would surely cause suspicion.
also in one episode he played a museum security guard selling stolen goods to visitors- i thought that the museum officials would not have allowed this but this was shown as captured on the museum security camera)- would a museum actually allow this the humour of :"an employee selling stolen goods to visitors"

First - you would be amazed how simple it is to do the most bizarre things, even in public in broad daylight - I'm tipping no-one batted an eyelid when Dom marched about with his phone.

Re. the museum guard sketch - they probably paid the museum to film there, and agreed what would be done in advance.

THTV paid huge amounts of money for even quick sketches. I was a white rabbit in the Christmas Special where a hoard of us in animal costumes chased some poor innocent down the road yelling like demons. It lasted about eight seconds, but we did it about four times (with defferent people chase) and they shut a sectopn of road off in the middle of London - EC4 - and the shoot including costume changes took all day.

I wish I could find a job being paid to chase the public around in a rabbit costume. It'd be such a welcome change.
