Road sign

I have recently seen a road sign and I cannot seem to find its meaning on any web site, I'll try and describe it.

It is a circular sign with a grey border, there is a picture of a lorry with 3 thin black lines going through it at an angle, anybody any ideas.

The grey sign is paired with this sign (Goods vehicles exceeding the maximum gross weight indicated prohibited) and indicates that the restriction has ended.
