How much would it cost approximately, to produce a 50 - 60 page catalogue a bit smaller than A4 with text and coloured images in an edition of 100 - 150. Please?

You cannot print 50 pages, they have to be in multiples of 4.

56 pages, 150 copies would be about £600 for print.
Artwork would be an additional cost.
