It's just a pic of a car parked right across my gates. Inconsiderate parking to say the least
And since we know longer have tax discs how can you tell it's legal?
^^^

You can check to see if a vehicle has paid it's road fund licence , up to date
You check it here, cupid

I never had you down as a car driver, sandy. More of a jogger, I should say.
ooh, now that's handy HC, thank you.

Sandy, ask a friend to liberate some cones and put them down in front of your gate

I cycle everywhere rather than use a car. Think of the environment.
I've just checked a vehicle that someone i know had years ago , which was
taken off his drive - the vehicle was unroadworthy , worth scrap value , at the time .

He did not inform the DVLA , so it is still showing on this checker as untaxed - tax due 2001.

I take it that the DVLA is not going to be chasing the registered 'owner ' for payment ?

Probably not, Bazile, I once tried to tax a car we had via their web site.
Enter Reg Number, so I did, apparently the car didn't exist, well, it blooming did, I could see it from my living-room window.

DVLA don't seem very clued up at times
Very cheeky...... Or maybe left in an emergency ?
Ouch! That is one cheeky basket.
Nicked?
If its vehicle access gate ring police to have it removed or.....let the tyres down & key it.
was wondering that too Svejk, ran out of fuel perhaps?
You should not contact the police in the first instance - proper procedure here:
