Quickbooks Online Problem

Hello the banner on my QBO homepage no longer shows the monetary figures of amounts invoiced, amounts outstanding, amounts overdue etc.
It always used to. I've tried using chrome and IE as my browser but makes no diff.
Must be my settings? How do I Fix pls?
