A couple of months ago my friend bought a holiday with his wife. In the past few weeks they have split.

Obviously they now no longer want to go on the holiday together and things are a bit edgy.

Is it possible for him to sell the holiday somehow?

Thanks in advance

If your friend can get a note of his doctor for say...trouble with his ears...he can get a full refund because he doesnt want to fly in case his ears get worse,my sister did this about eight years ago and got all her money back off the holiday{she couldt go because of similar probs as your friend}{hel have to pay for the note off the doc }
You could sell it on ebay and then just contact the holiday company to alter the names of the people travelling.
Great - lie to the company and persuade the doctor to lie on your behalf. What excellent and highly ethical advice. While you are at it, next time you make a claim on your insurance lie about what has been stolen and use the extra cash to buy another holiday. (Wanders off shaking his head sadly at the state of the world......)
