Joesph did not make Jesus  it was an Immaculate Conception

for the info of Hopalong

the Immaculate Conception is Mary.

Jesus' birth is described as 'virgin birth' as his Mother

remained a virgin before and after.

one theory is that mary was raped by a roman soldier and as a single mother would have been an outcast so joseph pretended he was the father to save her dignity and thus the virgin birth theory was born.

"In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God "
John 1 : 1
Jesus / God / and Holy Spirit are all part of the trinity.
Question Author
was the trinity hangin out at Jerusalem at the start?
Come on, silly moo, even the gospels say that jesus was human, a product of conception, incarnate even if (allegedly) immaculately conceived.  "God's son on Earth".  He may well have become part of the Holy Trinity but initially......
Since there is no historical basis for the Jesus story it's a pointless question.  You might as well ask what sort of pumpkin it was that Cinderella's Fairy Godmother turned into a coach.
I was just wondering when the book of John stopped being one of the gospels.
The trinity of God is an incredibly difficult concept, but one that i fully accept.
Christ was both fully divine and fully human.
There is plenty of historical proof that the man Jesus existed - but no proof that he did all the things written about him, or that he was the Son of God.
That is where faith comes in, and you either have faith or you don't.
I don't expect to be able to convince anyone. In fact I feel that we all have the right to believe or not to believe.
Question Author
the right to guess i suppose you mean

Sorry, silly moo, but there is no historical proof that Jesus existed or even historical evidence. He wrote nothing and no-one wrote a word about him during the time he was supposed to be alive.  No-one wo knew him ever wrote a word about him even after he was dead. In other words there are no ear- or eye-witness accounts of anything that he said or did.The first writings about Jesus were the epistles of Paul, who never knew him and was writing about AD55. The anonymous gospels came much later.

And don't forget chakka35, that there are many evangelists on telly that are relying on your "wish" to make their detatched Palace a reality. Just like Jesus became a "reality"

Sheesh, get a life!
I don't understand your message, Joanne-G.  If you have evidence that Jesus existed, then please let me (and the rest of the world) have it.  Abuse may be satisfying for you but it doesn't advance the discussion.

You can't impregnate a woman with your hand.

What sort of a name is juanking anyway.

Landie, tell the man from the A.I.D. that you can't inseminate by hand.  I think juan is asking questions of all the Juan Kerrs out there!
