Hi. I've created a Gravatar account, and uploaded the image I want for my avatar (a steaming cup of tea, of course) and can't see how on earth I'm meant to change my avatar on here to my new one! Please help. Thanks.

It may take some time to update on AB... however make sure the E-Mail address is the same for both gravatar and AB it will appear.

Make sure you go down to the bottom of the page and check the box too to say that you accept the new pic - mine usually updates in about 20 minutes.

The most common problem is not using the same email address on Gravatar as you use for your AB account.
Have you gone onto your profile on AB and ticked the box to activate the avatar?

It still hasn't appeared so some part of the process hasn't been completed properly. if you've checked the email addresses are the same and the AB avatar box is ticked on your profile then maybe you need to check that you gave your pic a G rating on Gravatar

Still no luck. if you've tried all that and it still doesn't work, email the Ed- on a few occasions he's had to force the avatars through

Perhaps your picture was too steamy for a G rating
