Hello. I've got a beautiful Galleria automatic umbrella which won't work. I was using it this morning and tried to close it down and it wouldn't go. Now it won't stay up or down, just hangs limply!!!
Any ideas please? I bought it from EBay, new in November, but don't think there would be any guarantee on it.
