Iphone 4

I've just changed from a blackberry to an iphone4 .when I look on the contacts,all of my telephone numbers are on there from my blackberry.how did they get there as it has a new SIM card with a different number?

Are your phone number synced with an online account?

All my numbers are synced with google so If I change phones as soon as I add my google account to the new phone I get all my phonebook numbers on the new phone.

Chuck, is you phone an iPhone? I though Google and Microsoft don't 'mix'.

you can sync google contacts to an iphone, an android phone and a windows phone.

Oh for the days when we had a paper address book, and could remember the numbers of our nearest and dearest.

I remember those days Hopkirk, but these days we all have to remember various passwords and pins. I have two different user names at work (it's complicated!) each with a different password, then code numbers for an alarm and a safe (both different), then at home we have a number for our alarm, another one for our safe, varioius user names and passwords for various websites, not to mention pins for my debit card and two credit cards (all different) and a different one again for my mobile phone. No wonder I can't remember anyones phone number!

I cant remember any numbers, not even my own telephone numbers :-(

One reason why i dread updating my pay as you go mobile.
Have got simple texting and nothing else.
