If you've got any mole-grips or those large adjustables. Anything that'll turn the 2 halves of the head in different directions. If you know what I mean.

You could remove the chuck and replace with a new one.

Hammer and cold chisel, Miller. Put the chisel into the teethy bit where the chuck key usually goes, and "shock" it off with the hammer.
