Dogs and dog shows. I have actually met three other ABers at dog shows after 'knowing' them on AB.

Now we are both retired we do quite a lot of caravanning all over the UK. Yep. That's me at the front of the traffic queue. Right behind the little old lady in the Micra.
Also taken up woodturning, mainly fruit bowls but some candlesticks etc.
The materials are quite expensive, but you must remember. Wood doesn't grow on trees.

I'm a bit ashamed to say that working all week I really like to blob most of the rest of the time. I play a lot on PS and Wii, walk in the country and dabble in photography. Daydream a bit obsessively about hot beaches.

Good grief TWR. no, not at all - I slob out because I've had a hard working day and I'm tired. I don't live my life in a state of resentfulness about the way other people behave, or some government policy or another. Life's too short to stress myself about things I can't influence.
