I bought my wife a Jasper Conran watch for Christmas and have to remove three links from the strap. I cannot see for the life of me where I do it. Three links either side have arrows on them. Normally the pins can be pushed in, but not on tis one. On the ticket it says 'one size' could it be that it is not changeable! I've tried ringing Debenhams but no reply. Any ideas please and thank you.
