hello, Firefox has prevented me from opening the Ed's link. I've got it set to block pop-ups but it's never affected AB before.

I don't actually know whether desktop's male or female, never bothered checking, I just know they're madder than cheese, and make me laugh, so yes, he or she deserves something- quite what the something is, i've no idea!

I think desktop is harmless and I do quite like her (I assume female as they have a husband).... but she sure doesn't make it easy to answer her questions.
