Do both driver and passenger front airbags get triggered at the same time when the computer detects a meaningful frontal impact event? If not what is the correct deployment sequence?

Thanks all, but what I wanted to know is if both front air bags would get a signal to deploy at once. If the passenger side is off then it would not deploy but if it is on will it trigger simultaneously with the driver side front airbag always? Is there any possibility that the passenger side front airbag could deploy while the driver side front airbag will not? If it helps, I am interested in a Nissan 350Z.
