last Q ..why do you devote so much time to AB,then..?
Do i? Do you? Does mark?
I like answering questions.
I am ME,

I don't let anyone change my views or beliefs, not even A/B or any other on-line forums!

and lessons in Grammar and Punctuation...fair enough..
Grammar and punctuation are not that important, its content that matters.
I arm quiet content with my grammur and punturation thank yew.
AB has made me change my mind about so many subjects.
has been a help with a number of things, not least that last clue in the crossword, and the cross section of views, on music, politics, and endless other interesting subjects.
It has not changed my views , just made me more aware of the ignorance / intolerance/ prejudice of a few others. On the posative side it has given me contact with some very intelligent , knowledgeable and helpful people as well.
Overall it has broadened my horizon.
If you really want me to say it

"over time, that AB has made you more mellow,civilised,tolerant..Or,more cynical,intolerant,fuming.."

anything to please...
I like helping people..... and having a bit of a laugh with those as daft as I am...

As a person it has affected me deeply but only because I met someone from here who has changed how I feel about a lot of things.
It's quite hard to make me mellow, civilised or tolerant and although I'm open to my mind being changed if someone has a really good argument to back up their POV, I don't think it's happened on here to be honest.
What has happened is that I have found myself wondering about and worryi9ng about people on here who I know who are ill or in some sort of trouble or anxiety. I find myself frequently wondering how Moyra is for example, even though I've never met her or am ever likely to- I think people extend their warmth and that has a positive impact as well as the ones who extend their unpleasanter sides.
