Keep prodding them. I used to work for a firm that sometimes sent goods out late, and the customer who made the most fuss got priority. Don't let them think that you don't mind waiting.

I think a week is too long. Never give up and don't sound patient as they are in the wrong not you, be confident do research on your rights, review their terms and conditions etc. |If all fail try and find a higher authority to speak to.

Online purchase Dotty - and day 8 now since faulty items were collected back and still no money - it's £238!!!!
