induction hob whirlpool faulty

My brand new whilpool induction hob will not work .when i switch on it flashes F47. The wiring appears secure and correct according to the diagram on the casing. What can I do??

Are pure white walls too stark for a bedroom?

Glass shelf - plate or toughened

I have one but have no idea whats wrong. All I know is it took me weeks to remember how to switch it on. I had to get my Grandson to show me in the end.

Its prob working ok when you learn how to work it.
