A light switch where the switch takes up most of the surface.. It's surrounded by a square about half an inch wide.
How do I get at the screws to remove it from the wall?

It may be called a Touch Switch. I'm guessing the screws are concealed behind the 'frame'.
So, how do I get the frame off?
