sap on a car

I've parked my car under a pine tree and several blobs of pine sap have landed on the roof. This has hardened into what seems to be a series of unremovable stains. Any suggestions appreciated.

I have this problem with tree sap stains on my car, i us a bit of TCut with a dry cloth and rub it in the stain.
