it is unfortunate that the title gets cut off as "Hi my son has mildew marks on the rubber" in the recent posts box :)

If the mould is too bad the only way you will get rid of it fully is replace the door seal.

Oh, and tell him to leave the door open a little bit between washes to stop it building up again.
