I'm in East Lancashire - somebody's has to. Will be visiting many friends and relations if this keeps up. United Utilities 'emergency phone line' helpfully tells us that they are open in office hours Monday - Friday, and there's another report emergencies' number that just cuts you off. Now THAT'S annoying.
