Hiya Dot. It's a toss up between a 2007 Yellow Tail Merlot, or a bottle of Veuve. However, I think I may save the Veuve for New Year's Eve. I have a couple of bottles of Cava Carta Nevada in the fridge, so that's an option too.

I think adding Vodka would spoil the taste. Have you ever tried the Yellow Tail range, Dot? Their Shiraz, Merlot and Cab Sauv are truly silk in a glass.
