Hiya! In our bathroom sink we've got like dirt around the plug hole and I've scrubbed it and scrubbed it with bleach and mr muscle and it doesn't move. It never used to be there. Any  ideas?

Assuming your sink is like the ones here in the US, the chromed flange at the bottom of the sink going into the drain is actually chrome plated brass.  When installed a plumber's putty is used to seal the flange to the sink base.  The brass can sometimes cause a discoloration, especially in areas of high mineral content in the water. Try using any product that removes such discoloration.  Here a product called "LimeAway" works...
  Try Malt vinigar, as with anything else it works wonders around the house....
