Place several ice cubes in a leakproof plastic bag and place on the indentations...

I've also heard that you can use steam from an iron and brush up the pile.

The ice cubes really do work, I tried it! it's great!

yeah but you have to buff the dent after you take the ice cubes off,it doesn`t just miraculously jump back up.
